Litigation is often used as a last resort when all efforts of reconciliation or amicable settlement cannot be achieved. Whilst cases before the Magistrate Courts and Tribunals may be faster to deal with because of their summary jurisdiction, cases filed before the High Court and above may involve complex procedures of filing proper claims and documents before even the commencement of a trial.
