We offer well-rounded fees at affordable prices for different services in alignment with Section 21 of the Code of Conduct for Legal Practitioners, 2011.

(1) A Legal Practitioner shall charge reasonable fees for his or her services depending on the scale, complexity, monetary amount, and length of time involved.

• Conveyances and Deeds of Assignments – up to 3½% of the sum involved
• Mortgages – up to 2½% of the loan
• Leases – not more than 5% of the annual rent
• Leases – up to 1½% of the loan sum
• Litigation involving money – a maximum of 10% on the sum concerned
• Contingency fees – maximum 25%
